House!

Matt and I spent quite a bit of time in the Spring looking for the "right" house for us. We knew what area we wanted to be in, what we could couldn't afford, and that we wanted a fixer upper (I say "we" loosely).

Well we found the perfect house for us and we closed at the end of April!

We found an old Cape Cod style house that was built in the 1950s. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and a good size yard.
