Matt drawing the design. (My perfectionist husband made me get goo-gone and erase the lines that I had drawn. Needless to say, I didn't draw the eyes with the correct proportions.)
Matt carving away. (I wasn't allowed to use the sharp knife.) My poor future children will have no part in this tradition.
